Meatloaf Ring
Into a ring cake pan, add the ground beef.Add the eggs, the breadcrumbs, the red pepper cut into cubes, the onion cut into cubes and the ketchup.Season with the dried parsley, the garlic powder, the sweet paprika, the tomato paste, a pinch of black pepper and the salt.Mix everything up very well with your hands until combined and arrange it evenly in the pan.Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 35 minutes.Serve.
