In a skillet, start by adding one drizzle of olive oil and add the chicken breast sliced into cubes, season them with salt, sweet paprika and black pepper, stir well until the chicken is golden brown and the juices have fully evaporated.
After that, add the onion chopped into small cubes, the crushed garlic cloves, and stir until golden brown.
Turn off the heat and set aside.
In another skillet, add the bacon chopped into cubes and fry them until golden brown.
Once you’ve done that, transfer the fried bacon to a blender, add the thick cream and the Brazilian cream cheese and blend all the ingredients very well until combined.
Now, pour this bacon cream all over the chicken in the skillet.
Stir over low heat.
Add the sliced mozzarella all over it and let it all cook until the cheese has melted.
Finally, add parsley to taste and friend bacon bits.
Serve.
