Start by removing the fins and flippers from a previously cleaned fish.
Make two slits in the middle of the fish, one on each side.
Open the fish in half and stuff it with the garlic cloves chopped into smaller bits, parsley to taste, salt to taste, one pinch of black pepper and one lemon sliced into half-moons.
Next, on the surface of the fish, season it with one pinch of salt, one pinch of black pepper and add one drizzle of olive oil.
Next, wrap the fish in moistened parchment paper and then wrap it in aluminum foil.
Place the fish on a baking tray.
Take to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and bake for 45 minutes.
Serve.
