Start by cutting the pork loin into thick steaks.
Make cross slits on top of all the steaks.
Season them with one pinch of salt and one pinch of black pepper.
Transfer all these steaks to a Ziplock bag.
Pour in the orange Fanta, seal the bag and let them marinade for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan filled with boiling water, add the potatoes chopped into smaller pieces and let them cook for 15 minutes.
After this indicated time, drain all the water from the potatoes and transfer them to a large bowl.
Add the salt, the black pepper and mash them very well until smooth.
Add the bacon chopped into thin strips, the pickled cucumbers chopped into small cubes and the boiled eggs also chopped into small cubes, mix all the ingredients together until incorporated.
Then split this potato mixture into 6 portions, shaped into slightly flattened cylinders, and set aside.
Remove all the steaks from the bag, transfer them to a baking sheet lined with nonstick baking paper.
Top the steaks with the cylinder-shaped potato portions.
Top each potato portion with 20g of grated mozzarella cheese.
Take to a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) and bake for 45 minutes.
Serve.
