Ganache
Into a blender, add the table cream, the condensed milk, the milk, the milk powder and blend it all together until combined. Add the previously hydrated unflavored gelatin and blend it all for another minute.
Pour the mixture into a glass dish and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.
Break the chocolate into small pieces and microwave them in 30-second intervals until melted or leave them in a double boiler. Add the table cream and mix until a ganache is formed.
Pour the ganache into the glass dish, spread it out and take it to the fridge for another hour.
Top with chocolate shavings and garnish with strawberries to taste.
