In a bowl, add the cooked pasta, pour in the thick cream, the grated parmesan cheese, the eggs, the black pepper and the salt, mix very well until incorporated.
Next, transfer half of this pasta to a small nonstick baking tray and set aside.
Bread the chicken cutlets – first, coat them in wheat flour, next, dip them in beaten eggs and finally, coat them in breadcrumbs.
Fry the breaded chicken cutlets in a skillet filled with hot oil until golden brown.
Next, in the baking tray with the pasta, add 2 slices of mozzarella cheese, add the fried chicken, top them with another 2 slices of mozzarella cheese, add the rest of the pasta.
Take to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and bake for 30 minutes.
After this indicated time, add the tomato sauce and spread, then sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese all over it.
Take the tray back to the oven and bake until the cheese is nice and melted.
Serve.
