In a bowl, place the eggs and the butter, mix well until the butter dissolves, add the sugar, mix again for about 3 minutes, add an envelope of Tang juice powder of any flavor you like and mix until combined.
Sift half of the wheat flour into the bowl and mix until combined, add half of the milk and mix again.
Add the other half of the sifted wheat flour and the milk, mix until combined.
Finally, add the baking powder and mix lightly.
Grease a ring cake pan with butter and flour, pour the batter into the cake pan and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 30 to 40 minutes.
Serve.
