Milk Powder Ice Cream
In a blender, place 250 ml of warm milk, ½ pack of condensed milk, 1/2 pack of table cream, the milk powder and blend it all together until combined. Add 7g of colorless gelatin powder previously hydrated with 3 tablespoons of water, blend it all for another minute. Leave in the freezer until it starts to freeze.
Chocolate Ice Cream
In a blender, place 250 ml of warm milk, ½ pack of condensed milk, 1/2 pack of table cream, the chocolate powder and blend it all together until combined. Add 7g of colorless gelatin powder previously hydrated with 3 tablespoons of water, blend it all for another minute. Leave in the freezer until it starts to freeze.
Strawberry Ice Cream
Into a blender, add 125ml of warm water, ½ packet of strawberry jelly powder, blend it all together at high speed, add 125ml of cold water, ½ pack of condensed milk, ½ pack of table cream and blend it all together until combined. Leave in the freezer until it starts to freeze.
Grape Ice Cream
Into a blender, add 125ml of warm water, ½ packet of grape jelly powder, blend it all together at high speed, add 125ml of cold water, ½ pack of condensed milk, ½ pack of table cream and blend it all together until combined. Leave in the freezer until it starts to freeze.
When it starts to freeze, put the milk powder ice cream in a mixer and whip until it doubles in volume, then put it back in the ice cream tub.
Repeat this process with all ice creams.
Leave in the freezer until they reach ice cream consistency.
