Sauce
Start by seasoning the pork chop steaks.
Add a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper, spread well, turn the steaks over and repeat the same seasoning on the other side.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the unsalted butter and stir until melted.
Add the steaks and fry them until golden brown on both sides.
Remove them from the heat and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the onion cut into small cubes, the cloves of garlic cut into small cubes and sauté until slightly golden brown.
Add the mushrooms sliced into smaller pieces and sauté for 1 minute.
Then, add the wheat flour and stir.
Add the chicken broth and stir until combined.
Season with the salt, a pinch of black pepper and stir again.
Add the fried steaks, cover the skillet and let everything cook for 25 minutes.
Serve.
