In a large bowl, add the milk at room temperature, the dry yeast powder, the granulated sugar, the salt and mix everything together until the yeast dissolves.
Gradually add the wheat flour and mix very well.
When you can no longer mix with the spoon, mix with your hands until you have a smooth, uniform dough.
Add the vegetable oil and mix again.
Then, cover with a cloth and let it rise for 1 hour.
After this time has passed, transfer the dough to a floured table and cut it into 8 equal parts.
Now, stretch out one of these parts using a rolling pin and roll it up.
Repeat this process with all the dough parts.
In a skillet over medium heat, add the water, the salt and let it heat up.
Add the bread rolls we made and let them cook for 3 minutes.
Remove the bread rolls from the water.
Place them on a baking tray greased with butter and wheat flour.
Then, make shallow diagonal cuts on them.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and let them bake for 20 minutes.
Serve.
