In a pan with the heat still off, place two packs of condensed milk, add 6 tablespoons of milk powder and the table cream, mix it all together until well combined.
Turn on the heat at medium temperature and stir the cream until it thickens, don't stop stirring.
Once it's thickened, turn off the heat and add the rest of the milk powder and mix very well until combined.
Stir well to prevent lumps from forming.
Transfer the filling to a bowl and cover it with a plastic bag touching the cream to keep it from forming a skin on the surface.
Let it cool down until it reaches room temperature.
Serve.
