Filling
Fill a large skillet over medium to low heat with water and bring it to a boil.
Add the packet of cream cheese and stir until completely melted.
Remove from the water and set aside.
In another large skillet over medium to low heat, add the water, the salt and stir very well.
When the water starts to boil, add the cream cheese we melted and stir until dissolved.
Add the wheat flour and stir again until it forms a smooth and even dough.
Next, add a drizzle of vegetable oil and stir to combine.
Remove from the heat and set aside until it reaches room temperature.
In a medium bowl, add the mozzarella, the grated ham, the cream cheese and the parsley.
Season with the salt, the black pepper and mix everything very well until combined.
After doing that, divide the dough into 8 equal parts and roll each one into a ball.
Now, flatten the dough until it's not too thin nor too thick.
Fill it with 2 tablespoons of the mixture we prepared, close the dough by folding it over the filling and remove the excess.
Repeat this process until all the dough and filling have been used up.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add enough vegetable oil to cover its bottom and let it heat up.
Add the snacks we prepared and fry them until golden brown.
Serve.
