Start by cutting the carrots in half then cut these halves into half moons.
Transfer them to a blender and add the water, mix well into a mash.
Add the sugar and the dry yeast powder, mix well.
Add the wheat flour and the salt, mix well and when you can no longer mix with the spoon, knead it by hand into a dough.
Add the oil and knead the dough well.
Once you’ve done that, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough rise for 40 minutes.
After this indicated time, remove the air bubbles from the dough and knead it on the table again. Split it into 12 equal-sizes pieces.
Get one these pieces of dough and round it well into a ball. Repeat this process with all the pieces.
Cover the balls with a tablecloth and let them rest for 15 minutes.
After this indicated time, get one of the balls and using a rolling pin, stretch it out. Repeat this process with all the balls.
Into a skillet, add a drizzle of olive oil and spread it out well.
Add 3 pieces of dough into the skillet and let them fry for 4 minutes. Flip the buns and fry the other side for another 4 minutes.
Remove them from the skillet after this indicated time and fry the other ones.
Serve.
