2 Medium Sweet Potatoes
1 Teaspoon of Salt
1 Drizzle of Olive Oil
1 Generous Pinch of Black Pepper
1 Pinch of Oregano
Start by cutting the sweet potatoes into round slices then cut these slices into half-moons.
Transfer all these potatoes to a large bowl and season them with the salt, the olive oil, the black pepper and the oregano, mix very well until the spices have incorporated into the potatoes.
Now, transfer all the potatoes to a preheated Air Fryer at 180°C (356°F) and let them fry for 20 minutes.
But if you prefer, you can bake them in the oven.
Serve.
