Cut half of the red cabbage in half and cut off the stems of both halves.Then grate this cabbage into very small pieces, transfer to a bowl and add the sugar, mix it all together very well.
Add enough water to cover all of it and mix again.
Transfer this cabbage to a strainer and remove all the water.
Into a bowl, add the raisins and cover them with water, set aside.
Remove the skin and seeds from the apples, grate them and squeeze the lemon juice over these grated apples, mix and set aside as well.
Grate the carrot and transfer it to a bowl, add the grated apples, the cabbage, the drained raisins and the berry yogurt, mix it all together very well.
Transfer to a serving dish or to some glasses of your choice and garnish with walnuts, but that's totally to taste.
Serve.
