Potato Chicken Balls

Mash the previously cooked potatoes very well. I've cooked them in water with a bit of salt.Cover the mashed potatoes with the previously boiled and seasoned chicken, you can season the chicken as you wish.Add the breadcrumbs and mix very well with your hands until it combines and a smooth mixture is formed.Shape all of this mixture into balls.Add some oil to a pan and fry these balls in very hot oil, fry about 4 balls at a time.Drain the oil well and serve.To make the chicken, put in a pan the water, the sweet paprika and the salt, mix well until it all dissolves in the water, add the shredded chicken previously boiled in water and salt, mix well. Turn off the heat and add parsley and chives to taste, mix.

Ingredientes

  • 4 Medium Potatoes (700g)
  • 500g of Seasoned Chicken Breast
  • 1 Cup of Breadcrumbs

Chicken Sesoning

  • 500g of Boiled and Shredded Chicken Breasts
  • 100ml of Water
  • 2 Teaspoons of Sweet Paprika or Paprika
  • 1 ½ Teaspoons of Salt
  • Parsley to Taste

Cover the mashed potatoes with the previously boiled and seasoned chicken, you can season the chicken as you wish. 

Add the breadcrumbs and mix very well with your hands until it combines and a smooth mixture is formed. 

Shape all of this mixture into balls. 

Add some oil to a pan and fry these balls in very hot oil, fry about 4 balls at a time.

Drain the oil well and serve.
