Caramel Apple Cake

In a skillet over medium to low heat, add the sugar.When the sugar starts to melt, stir very well until it turns into caramel.Add the apples cut into thin strips and stir until incorporated.Next, transfer everything to a 20cm diameter baking tin greased with margarine and wheat flour, spread evenly until flat and set aside.Now, in a large bowl, add the eggs, the sugar, the oil, the water, the cinnamon powder and mix everything until combined.Next, add the wheat flour and mix again.Add the baking powder and mix gently until incorporated.Transfer all this batter to the baking tin with the apples, take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and let it bake for 40 minutes.Serve.

Ingredientes

  • 1 Cup of Refined Sugar (240ml)
  • 3 Apples

  • 3 eggs
  • ½ Cup of Refined Sugar
  • ½ Cup of Vegetable Oil
  • ½ Cup of Water
  • 1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon Powder
  • 2 Cups of Wheat Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon of Baking Powder
