Part 2
In a bowl, add the warm water, the sugar, the dry yeast powder, mix well.
Add the wheat flour and mix again.
Cover the bowl with a tablecloth and let it rest for 20 minutes.
After this time, mix and add another 300ml of warm water, the wheat flour and the salt, mix for 5 minutes.
Cover the bowl and let it rest for another 15 minutes.
After this indicated time, gently mix again, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest for another 15 minutes.
Once you’ve done that, repeat the same process of mixing, covering and letting the dough rest for another 15 minutes.
After that, moisten your hands with cold water and mix the dough by hand and let it rest again for another 15 minutes.
Next, sprinkle plenty of flour on a table, transfer the dough to this floured surface, sprinkle plenty of flour all over the dough and split it into 4 equal-sized pieces.
Now, get each piece of dough and place them on a floured tablecloth. Fold the tablecloth in the shape of the dough, shaping it around the dough, just like shown in the video.
Cover the dough with another tablecloth and let it rest once again for another 15 minutes.
After this indicated time, transfer the pieces of dough to a baking sheet lined with nonstick baking paper, take to a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) and bake for 25 minutes.
Serve.
