In a large saucepan over high heat, add 1 liter of milk and bring it to a boil.
Next, turn off the heat and transfer it to a large bowl.
Add 1 liter of milk at room temperature and mix until the temperature of the milk is uniform.
Then add the natural yogurt and mix until combined.
With this 200g cup, we will be able to make up to 2 liters of natural yogurt.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and then with a tablecloth.
Set the bowl aside in a warm place for 24 hours.
Ideally, it should be stored in a place above 40°C and below 50° C.
To reach this temperature, you can leave the bowl in an oven or in a turned off microwave.
After this time has passed, the milk has already fermented, and we were able to make 2 liters of yogurt with just 2 ingredients.
Set some of this yogurt aside by putting it in a 200g cup and you’ll be able to make another 2-liter serving; by doing so, you'll always have yogurt at home.
Transfer half of this liquid to a smaller bowl.
Next, to give our yogurt some flavor, add the juice powder.
We are using the strawberry flavor here, but you can use any other flavor you like.
Mix with a whisk until the juice powder dissolves completely.
Repeat the process with the other half we set aside.
Serve.
