In a large bowl, add the salt, the warm water and mix until the salt dissolves.
Gradually add the sifted wheat flour and keep mixing.
When you can no longer mix with the spoon, start mixing with your hands and knead until you have a smooth, uniform dough.
Transfer the dough to a floured table, shape it into a cylinder, cut it into smaller pieces and shape each one into a ball.
In a medium baking dish, add the melted unsalted butter, the vegetable oil and mix everything to combine.
Add the dough balls, flattening them and covering them in this oily mixture.
Next, make a small hole in the center of each ball by pressing them with your finger and let them rest for 25 minutes.
Cut the ham and the mozzarella into small squares and set aside.
In a small bowl, add all the ham, all the mozzarella, the cream cheese, parsley to taste and mix.
After the dough balls have rested, take one and roll it out until very thin.
Then fold the sides towards the center, add 2 teaspoons of the mixture we prepared and wrap it up into a roll.
Repeat this process with all the dough and the filling.
Transfer to a non-stick baking tray, take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 35 minutes.
Serve.
