Into a pressure cooker, add a drizzle of olive oil and add the diced chicken breast, stir very well until chicken turns slightly golden brown.
Add the crushed garlic cloves and the diced onion, mix very well again.
Once you’ve done that, chop into dices the green pepper, the tomato, the eggplant, the turnip, the scarlet eggplants, the green beans and grate the carrot well, add all these ingredients to the pressure cooker.
Mix them all together very well.
Add the celery chopped into strips, chop the parsley and the cabbage, transfer them to the pressure cooker.
Mix again until all ingredients have slightly cooked through.
Then add the onion powder, the tomato sauce and the water, mix again.
Once you’ve done that, cover the pressure cooker and let it all cook for 15 minutes.
Serve.
