Into a bowl, add the table cream, half of the wheat flour and mix well.
Add the salt and gradually add the rest of the flour.
Use your hands when the dough starts to gain consistency.
Let the dough rest in a bag for 10 minutes.
Shape the dough by stretching it and rolling it into a log. Slice it into equal-sized pieces, about 2-finger thick each piece.
Flatten these pieces into a circle. Make sure to place the dough on a plastic bag, then cover it with this plastic bag, in order to keep it from sticking to the rolling pin.
Add the filling you like, seal the dough by pressing its ends with a fork.
Repeat this process with the rest of the dough.
Fry in very hot oil.
