For Sprinkling
Into a pan, add the condensed milk and stir over low heat until it starts to boil slightly.
Transfer to a bowl and sift the cocoa powder into the bowl, mix well until combined, gradually add the cocoa powder - make sure to always sift to avoid lumps.
Transfer this mixture to a bowl lined with plastic wrap and spread well. Cover with plastic wrap and let it chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
Sprinkle some cocoa powder on a table and put the mixture on it.
Cut into equal pieces, shape the truffles and sprinkle cocoa powder to taste.
Serve.
