Watermelon Ice Cream

Start by cutting the watermelon into dices, removing all the rind and the seeds.Transfer the watermelon to a bowl, cover and leave in the freezer for 2 hours.After this indicated time, transfer all the watermelon dices to a blender, add the yogurt and the honey, blend all the ingredients very well.Transfer all this mixture to a medium glass dish and cover it with plastic wrap.Take to the freezer and leave for 6 hours.After this indicated time, serve.Add some chocolate chips to taste.

  • ½ Watermelon
  • 250g of Strawberry-flavored Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons of Honey
  • Chocolate Chips to Taste
