Caramel
Start by cutting the canned peaches into smaller pieces.
Next, transfer them to a large bowl, add the condensed milk and using a hand mixer, blend everything very well until fully dissolved.
Add the milk, mix everything very well to combine and set aside.
In a small bowl, add the unflavored gelatin, the water and mix.
Microwave this mixture on maximum power for 30 seconds and mix until completely melted.
Then, add the gelatin to the peach mixture and mix until well combined.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the sugar and spread it out.
When this sugar starts to melt, stir everything very well until completely melted.
Then, add the water and continue stirring until it turns into caramel.
Pour the caramel into a 20cm diameter mold and spread it out evenly.
Add the mixture we prepared, take it to the fridge and let it chill for at least 3 hours.
Serve.
