1 Ripe Pineapple
1 Cup of Rice (240ml Cup)
3 Cinnamon Sticks
1 Cup of Ice Cubes
1 Cup of Sugar
1 Cup of Milk
½ Cup of Condensed Milk
2 Teaspoons of Vanilla Essence
Start by removing the crown from the pineapple and cutting it into thick round slices. Cut each slice into 4 equal pieces.
Then transfer all these pineapple pieces to a saucepan, add the white rice and enough water to cover all the ingredients.
Add the cinnamon sticks, turn on the heat, cover the saucepan and let it all cook for 20 minutes.
After this indicated time, check if the rice has cooked through.
Remove the sauce from the heat, transfer all of it to a blender, Turn it on and blend at high power until combined.
After that, transfer all this mixture to a large bowl, by passing it through a sieve.
Next, put 400ml of this mixture in a jar and set aside.
Now, back in the blender, add all the ice cubes, the mixture we just set aside, add the sugar and the milk, cover the blender and blend at high power until the ice cubes fully dissolve.
Add the condensed milk, the vanilla essence, and blend very well again.
Once you’ve done that, add this new mixture to the large bowl filled with the rest of the mixture.
