
Start by poking holes in the vanilla cake placed in a large baking dish using a thick straw.
Pour the condensed milk, the heavy cream and the chocolate milk over the entire cake.
Then use a spatula to gently loosen the sides of the cake, so the liquids can better soak into it.
Place it in the freezer and let it chill for 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, add the whipping cream, the powdered chocolate mousse mix and beat everything very well until it reaches stiff peaks.
Add this mixture to the cake that we set to chill and spread it evenly.
To decorate, add the red berries, the Ferrero Rocher chocolates, the sprigs of fresh mint and the small chocolate bars of your choice.
Finish with a sprinkle of crushed pistachios.
Place the dessert in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 1 hour.
Serve.
