Chicken
Sauté the garlic until lightly browned, pour in the rice, sauté lightly, add the salt and the hot water, let it cook and set aside.
In a pan, sauté the onion until golden, add the tomato, the bell pepper, mix until the tomato dries slightly.
Add the cooked chicken and stir, add the salt, chives and parsley to taste, mix and add the tomato sauce, then stir.
In a baking dish, mix the chicken with the rice, both ready, top with the cheese and with oregano to taste.
Bake in the oven until the cheese fully melts. Serve.

The recipe is great. I adjusted a bit. Instead of water with rice, I used chiken stock. I used a yellow pepper. The cheese I used mozzarella and cheddar mixed. Had a Cole slaw as a side.
