In a blender, add the carrots chopped into cubes, the eggs, the sugar, the oil and the orange juice, blend all the ingredients very well until combined.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the wheat flour, mix well.
Add the baking powder and mix gently.
Add the chocolate sprinkles and mix.
Once you’ve done that, set aside.
Grease the bottom of a non-stick baking pan with unsalted butter or margarine, pour in all the batter, take to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and bake for 40 minutes.
Rub the chocolate bar all over the cake while still hot, so that it melts and forms a topping.
Finish with chocolate sprinkles to taste.
Serve.
