Start by adding into a bowl the water, the sugar, the dry yeast powder and the oil, mix very well. Add the wheat flour and the salt, mix again and when you can no longer mix it with the spatula, use your hands.
Remove dough from the bowl and place it on a table, knead for about 5-10 minutes.
Stretch the dough then fold it and roll it twice, to get a very soft dough.
Transfer dough to a baking tray greased with oil or lined with parchment paper, cover it with a dish cloth and let it rest for about 15-30 minutes.
After this indicate time, rub some water all over the bread and sprinkle some flour all over it.
Now, make a large score over the bread dough, from one end to the other.
Take it to a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) and let it bake for 25 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on the power of your oven.
When bread gets golden and has nearly baked through, spray some water all over it and let it finish baking.
After the indicated time, serve.
