Toppings
In a bowl, place the wheat flour, the salt, the sugar, the water and the olive oil, mix very well. Mix by hand once the dough gains consistency.
Put this dough on a skillet and flatten by hand all over the bottom of the skillet.
Cook over high heat for 3 to 5 minutes. Careful not to burn it.
Flip the dough and lower the heat to start adding the toppings.
Spread the tomato sauce, add the ham, the mozzarella cheese, the tomato slices and the oregano.
Cover the skillet and cook until the cheese melts. Serve.
