
Start by cutting the apples in half and add the baking soda to each apple half.
In a medium baking tray, add the beer, the apples we prepared, mix and let them soak for 5 minutes.
After this time has passed, remove the apples from the beer, cut them in half again and remove the stem.
Transfer them to a food processor, blend everything very well and set aside.
In a medium bowl, add the sugar, the water and mix until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Now in a jar, add the apples we blended, the wine yeast, the water and sugar mixture and stir everything very well until fully combined.
Cover the jar and let it ferment for 24 hours.
After this time has passed, strain the entire mixture very well then return it to the jar.
Cover it and let it ferment in a cool environment for another 48 hours.
After this time has passed, transfer it to nice serving bottles.
Serve.
