Mixture
Start by cutting the apples in half and slice them into thin strips.
Squeeze a lime all over the apple strips and mix well, set aside.
Into a bowl, add the wheat flour, the refined sugar, the baking powder and mix well.
Once you’ve done that, into another bowl, add the eggs and whisk them, add the melted butter, whisk again.
Into another bowl, add the refined sugar and the cinnamon powder, mix.
Into a baking tray greased with butter, add all the apple strips and spread them out. I’m using a 30cm long x 20cm wide baking tray.
Then sprinkle some of the cinnamon-sugar mixture all over the apple strips.
Now sprinkle all the flour-sugar mixture and spread it out very well.
Once you’ve done that, pour in all the egg-butter mixture and spread until it covers all the flour and until flat.
Finally, sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon-sugar mixture all over the dessert, spreading it out well.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and let it bake for 40 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on the power of your oven.
Serve.
