1 Bunch of Broccoli
1 Teaspoon of Salt
2 Chicken Breasts
Oregano to Taste
1 Generous Pinch of Black Pepper
3 Garlic Cloves
½ Onion Chopped into Strips
1 Tablespoon of Corn Starch
3 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
Into a saucepan filled with boiling water, start by adding the broccoli florets removed from the stalk, the carrot chopped into thin slices and the salt, stir well, cover the pan and let it all cook for 4 minutes.
After this indicated time, remove the vegetables from the water and set them aside into a bowl with cold water.
Now cut the chicken breasts into thin slices and transfer them to a skillet with a drizzle of olive oil.
Add some salt, the oregano and the black pepper, stir until golden brown.
Add the chopped garlic cloves and the onion chopped into thin strips, stir well again and add the vegetables. Keep stirring.
Into a bowl filled with water, add the corn starch, mix until the corn starch fully dissolves and pour this mixture over the chicken, stir well.
Add the soy sauce, stir well once again and let it all cook for 4 minutes.
