Chicken Club Sandwich

Cook the chicken breast, shred it, and pour it into a bowl. Add the grated carrot and the sweet corn, season with black pepper, salt, also add chives and parsley to taste, mix very well.Add the table cream and the mayonnaise, mix again very well.To make the sandwich, get a slice of bread loaf and add some of the chicken filling we’ve made.Add two tomato slices and lettuce leaves.On the other bread slice, spread some mayo and close the sandwich.Help yourself.

Ingredientes

  • 700g of Chicken Breast
  • 1 Grated Carrot
  • 1 Can of Sweet Corn (170g)
  • Generous Pinch of Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons of Chives
  • Parsley to Taste
  • 1 Pack of Table Cream
  • 6 Tablespoons of Mayonnaise
  • Slices of Bread Loaf
  • Lettuce to Taste
  • Tomato to Taste

Modo de Fazer
