In a bowl place the eggs, the sugar, the butter and mix well until combined, add the oil and mix again until well blended.
Add half of the sifted flour and half of the milk, mix well until combined, then add the rest of the sifted flour and the milk, mix again.
Split the batter in two portions. To one of the portions, add the chocolate powder and mix until combined. Also add ½ tablespoon of baking powder, mix gently.
To the other portion of batter, add ½ tablespoon of baking powder, mix gently.
Grease a ring cake pan with butter and flour.
Pour half of the white batter into the cake pan and with a spatula, spread evenly. Cover it with half of the chocolate batter and, with a toothpick, make circular moves to mix both batters.
Pour the rest of the white batter into the pan then the rest of the chocolate batter and repeat the toothpick step.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 40 to 60 minutes.
Do the toothpick test.
Unmold and serve.
