Brazilian Coconut Marshmallows with 2 Ingredients

Put the gelatin previously hydrated in the mixer and add 1 cup of hot water, beat it all together for 1 minute, add the refined sugar and beat for 15 minutes.Spread some grated coconut all over the bottom of a baking tin, pour the mixture and spread it well, top it with grated coconut and take it to the fridge for 3 hours.Unmold, cut into squares and serve.

  • 1 Envelope of Colorless Unflavored Gelatin Powder
  • 2 Cups of Refined Sugar
  • Coconut Flakes

Put the gelatin previously hydrated in the mixer and add 1 cup of hot water, beat it all together for 1 minute, add the refined sugar and beat for 15 minutes.

Spread some grated coconut all over the bottom of a baking tin, pour the mixture and spread it well, top it with grated coconut and take it to the fridge for 3 hours.

Unmold, cut into squares and serve.
