Strawberry Ice Cream

Into a blender, start by adding the hot water and the jelly powder of any flavor you like, blend well until combined, add the water at room temperature and the condensed milk, blend again.Add the table cream and blend at low speed until combined.Then transfer all the mixture to a container with a lid.Take it to the freezer and leave it there for about 2 hours or until it almost freezes completely.After this indicated time, transfer all the cream to a large bowl and using an electric mixer, beat at maximum power for about 10 minutes.After this indicated time, transfer all the cream to a glass dish and take to the freezer, leave it there for 5 hours.Serve.

  • 1 Packet of Strawberry-Flavored Jelly Powder (20g)
  • 250ml of Water at Room Temperature
  • 1 Pack of Condensed Milk (395g)
  • 1 Pack of Table Cream (200g)
