
Start by peeling the banana and cutting it into round slices.
Cut the apple, removing the core and the seeds.
In a mixing cup, add all the banana slices, the apple slices and the cold milk, beat well using a hand mixer.
Add the chia and the golden flaxseed flour, beat very well again.
Serve.
