Start by peeling the banana and cutting it into round slices.Cut the apple, removing the core and the seeds.In a mixing cup, add all the banana slices, the apple slices and the cold milk, beat well using a hand mixer.Add the chia and the golden flaxseed flour, beat very well again.Serve.

  • 1 Apple 
  • 1 Cup of Cold Milk (240ml Cup) 
  • 1 Tablespoon of Chia 
  • 1 Tablespoon of Golden Flaxseed Flour
