Egg Mixture
Assembly
Start by cutting the top of the small cabbages.
Then hollow them out completely using a spoon and set aside.
In a medium bowl, add the sliced potatoes.
Microwave them at maximum power for one minute and a half.
Then, season them with the salt, a pinch of black pepper, mix everything very well to combine and set aside.
Now, cut the chicken breasts into cubes and transfer them to a medium bowl.
Add enough milk to cover them, mix well and let them soak for 30 minutes.
In a medium bowl, add the eggs, the heavy cream, the salt, a pinch of black pepper and mix everything very well until it becomes a smooth and uniform cream.
To assemble the recipe, fill the cabbages with the potatoes we prepared earlier then add enough grated mozzarella cheese to cover these potatoes.
Fill each one with ½ a medium onion cut into strips.
Top these onion strips with more mozzarella cheese and add the chicken we prepared, already drained.
Next, add enough egg mixture to cover the chicken, top each one with 3 slices of ripe tomato and top everything with more grated mozzarella cheese.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake it for 50 minutes.
Serve.
