Spaghetti with Eggs and Bacon

In a saucepan with boiling water, add the salt and the pasta, let it cook for 8 minutes.After this indicated time, drain all the water from the pasta and transfer it to a bowl, add the eggs, one pinch of salt and the black pepper, mix all the ingredients together until combined and set aside.In a skillet, fry the bacon chopped into thin strips until golden brown.After that, add this bacon to the bowl with the pasta, add the red bell pepper chopped into small cubes and the grated parmesan cheese, mix until incorporated.Now, in a skillet, add the unsalted butter and stir until fully melted.Pour in all the pasta, spread it evenly on the skillet, cover it and let it cook for 10 minutes.After this indicated time, transfer to a plate, sprinkle some grated parmesan to taste and parsley to taste.Serve.

  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 Generous Pinch of Black Pepper
  • 100g of Bacon
  • ½ Red Bell Pepper
  • 50g of Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons of Unsalted Butter

Now, in a skillet, add the unsalted butter and stir until fully melted. 

Pour in all the pasta, spread it evenly on the skillet, cover it and let it cook for 10 minutes.

After this indicated time, transfer to a plate, sprinkle some grated parmesan to taste and parsley to taste.

Serve.
