In a pan, put the pineapple, the sugar and the water, stir lightly and let it cook on medium heat for 25 minutes after it starts to boil.
Turn off the heat, do not let it cool and add the jelly powder right away.
After mixing, let it cool a bit and add the condensed milk at room temperature, mix well. Then add the packs of table cream, also at room temperature, and mix it all together very well.
Transfer the dessert to a glass dish and let it chill in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours.
