Chocolate Cherry Cookie

In a large bowl, add the egg, the refined sugar, the softened butter and mix everything very well until combined.Add the wheat flour, the baking powder, a pinch of salt and mix until it becomes a smooth and even dough.Next, add the vanilla essence, the milk chocolate chips and mix to combine.Transfer this dough to a large baking dish and spread it evenly.Add the cherry jam and spread it.Then, add the condensed milk, the milk chocolate chips, cover with the vanilla-flavored cake mix and spread it evenly.Add the sliced unsalted butter, one next to the other.Take the dessert to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 35 minutes.Serve.

  • +250g of Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 450g of Vanilla-Flavored Cake Mix
  • 200g of Unsalted Butter, Sliced

Modo de Fazer

Add the wheat flour, the baking powder, a pinch of salt and mix until it becomes a smooth and even dough.

Next, add the vanilla essence, the milk chocolate chips and mix to combine.

Transfer this dough to a large baking dish and spread it evenly.

Add the cherry jam and spread it.

Then, add the condensed milk, the milk chocolate chips, cover with the vanilla-flavored cake mix and spread it evenly. 

Add the sliced unsalted butter, one next to the other. 

Take the dessert to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 35 minutes. 

Serve.
