Broccoli Gratin

Start by cutting the broccoli – remove all the stalk and chop it into florets.Transfer all these broccoli florets to a large saucepan filled with boiling water and let them cook for 3 minutes.After this indicated time, remove them from the boiling water and set aside.Cut the tomatoes in half and grate the mozzarella cheese.In a bowl, add the eggs, the salt, the black pepper and the plain yogurt, mix very well.Add 100g of grated mozzarella and mix again.In a baking dish, add 1 drizzle of vegetable oil and spread well.Pour in all the egg mixture we made and spread it all over the baking dish.Add all the broccoli florets, the chopped tomatoes and another 100g of grated cheese.Take to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°C) and bake for 25 minutes.Serve.

  • 200g of Broccoli 
  • 10 Cherry Tomatoes 
  • 200g of Mozzarella Cheese 
  • 2 Eggs

  • 1 Generous Pinch of Black Pepper
