In a saucepan, start by adding the eggs and add enough water to cover all of them, cook for 8 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the stalk of leek – cut it in half then into thin strips.
Transfer them all to a medium bowl, by passing them through a colander, wash well with hot water and set aside.
Cut the pickled cucumbers in half then into smaller pieces.
Cut the ham slices into small squares.
Now, peel the cooked eggs, cut them into small cubes and set aside.
In a bowl, add the mayonnaise, the yogurt, the mustard, the salt and the black pepper, mix well.
Now, in a large bowl, add all the eggs, the cucumbers, the leek, the ham, the grated mozzarella cheese, the canned sweet corn, the dressing we made and mix all the ingredients very well.
Serve.
