In a bowl, add the eggs and the xylitol, beat them well with a whisk.
Add the dried grated coconut and mix well.
Now, using a tablespoon, get a portion of this mixture and shape it into a ball on a baking sheet lined with nonstick baking paper or parchment paper.
Repeat this process until all the mixture has been used.
Take to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and bake for 15 minutes.
Serve.
