Rice Balls

In a bowl put the cooked rice, the parmesan, the breadcrumbs, the baking powder, mix very well. Add the egg, the salt and add the milk gradually until a mixture is formed, add the other half of the breadcrumbs and add the rest of the milk, mix into a shapeable mixture.Add some parsley and chives and mix for 1 minute.Fry in hot oil with the help of 2 spoons (one to be used as a measuring spoon and the other to help push the mixture into the oil).

  • 2 Cups of Cooked Rice (Can Be Old)
  • 50g of Fresh Parmesan
  • 1 Cup of Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Tablespoon of Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg
  • ¾ Cup of Milk
  • Salt to Taste
  • Parsley and Chives to Taste
