Into a bowl, add the eggs, the sugar, the emulsifier and the vanilla sugar, whip it all very well for 5 minutes.
After that, add the wheat flour, the milk powder, the coconut milk and the salt, mix very well again until combined.
Now, into a saucepan, add the oil and heat it up.
Once you’ve done that, get a donut ladle and dip it in the hot oil for a few seconds.
Then remove excess oil and fill the ladle with some batter.
After that, dip ¾ of the ladle in the oil and let it heat up, then dip the whole ladle in the oil and leave it until the donut is released from it.
Drain the donut on a plate lined with paper towels.
Repeat this process with all the batter.
Dip the donuts in melted chocolate then coat them in chocolate sprinkles or garnish to taste.
Serve.
