Into a bowl, add the water, the milk, the sugar and the yeast powder, mix very well until the yeast powder dissolves. After that, add the wheat flour and the salt, mix again until combined.
Knead the dough until soft and smooth.
Add the olive oil and knead again until the dough absorbs the olive oil.
Cover the bowl with a lid and let the dough rest for at least 30 minutes.
While the dough is resting, let's move on with the filling. Into a bowl, add the diced red pepper, the diced green pepper, the diced onion, the chopped chives and parsley, the diced tomato, and the chicken. To season it, add olive oil, salt, mixed spices, black pepper, sweet paprika, oregano, mix very well.
Set the bowl aside.
Take the dough out of the bowl, put it on a table and roll it into a log shape. Split this dough into 9 equal-sized pieces. Get one of these pieces and roll it into a little ball. Repeat this process with every piece of dough.
Transfer these dough balls to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or greased with butter and flour.
Flatten these dough balls by hand and cover each of them with some of the filling we've made.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle some grated cheese on top.
Put it back in the oven and leave it for another 20 minutes.
Serve.
