Start by piercing the piece of beef with the help of a fork.
In a large pot over medium to low heat, add the vegetable oil and let it heat up.
Add the meat we pierced earlier and let it fry until golden brown.
Next, slice the meat into thin steaks then cut them into smaller pieces.
Transfer all this meat to a medium bowl, season with the soy sauce, the vinegar, the ketchup, the crushed garlic cloves, the salt, the black pepper, the honey, the sesame seeds and mix everything very well to combine.
Next, transfer all these pieces of meat to a large skillet over medium to low heat and sauté until golden brown.
Add green onions to taste and stir to combine.
Remove the pieces of meat from the heat and place them on the sheet of puff pastry.
Add the sliced mozzarella cheese, cover everything with another 200g sheet of puff pastry, trim off any excess and seal it well.
After doing that, in a large pot over medium to low heat, add vegetable oil and let it heat up.
Add the puff pastry stuffed with the meat and let it fry until golden brown.
Serve.
